    I ordered 16 tickets to see the New York Mets @ the Atlanta Braves game with a start time of 4:10 EDT. Although the ticket order does read "event time subject to change - Check local listings" I was never notified of the time being changed. There was a double header scheduled for today (6/10) with one having a first pitch of 1:00PM EDT and the other at 6:00PM EDT.   • Invalid tickets through Stubhub nightmare - buyer beware!!!



    For a company such as stubhub which boasts "It's simple: We back every order so you can buy and sell tickets with 100% confidence" this could not be further from the truth from what I found out one fateful evening. I purchased 4 tickets for a band in concert that I had been looking forward to seeing for years.   • No return money



    I listed 3 tickets on their website. After the tickets sold out. They sent me an email that inform my tickets was invalid. Furthermore, they charged me $170 for couple of tickets. When I called their customer services, someone said that was their fault. And they emailed me , they will return money my bank account. After 2 days they refunded my bank account.   • The Super Scam



    I listed 4 tickets on stubhub half-month ago. When I checked on my Stubhub account, the tickets sold out. Next, two hours before the concert, I received email that my tickets were invalid. They had cancelled my tickets. But when I log-in my Stubhub account, the statement was 1 Delivered, 3 cancelled. After 2 days, I received 1 out of my tickets.     The members of the team I spoke to where most helpful and reassuring when I checked I was both completing and had then purchased tickets for my Granddaughter correctly. I was telephoned by a lovely young lady to inform me when my tickets had arrived and they would be posted out to arrive the following day by UPS.   • Illegal Services Terrible Customer Service



    On 8/6/11 I attempted to purchase 3 tickets( to be downloaded at home )to an LA Angels baseball game on stubhub.com . The email I received from stubhub stated my order had been canceled. I was still billed for the canceled order. When I contacted Stubhub.com I was told the refund would take 3 to 5 days. When I asked to speak to someone else regarding this matter I was told I would be contacted in 24 hours.     Today I purchased 4 tickets to an MLB game. Later in the day I received a call saying that they did not have the tickets to sell. I purchased 4 tickets, 10 rows behind home plate. They offered replacements that were down the left field line, just past third base, AT THE SAME COST, what a joke! Other companies have a guarantee that they will live up to their promise to deliver, or replace your tickets with better ones, StubHub does not.     I bought gaga tickets for miami. But guess what? The tickets were fake. We got a refund. But who cares. The time lost for travel, time off from work, hotel far exceeds the ticket values.   • I JUST WANT TICKETS



    After purchasing 2 tickets on 4/13/11 from Stubhub(order # 39025215) for 45 dollars for a NHL playoff game, I received a calling from a rep asking me to call him back. I called back and was told my tickets weren't confirmed for cause the seller took them off. Then she explains how I'm not covered under "fan protection" cause they were never confirmed and the money was never charge when in reality my card had a hold for 99 dollars(the tickets total) so therefore i couldn't use the 99 dollars anyway.   • Stubhub is a ripoff



    I sold 3 iron maiden tickets on stubhub for $50 each. I was supposed to get paid $127.50 after fees, and the tickets sold on 4/23. It's now 5/9 and i've emailed stubhub several times, they told me "oh yeah it was sent to your paypal account on 4/26". No, it wasn't. I checked my paypal account and I have recieved NO payment from them, and they keep insisting it has been sent. They say they send payments within 7-10 days, it's now 16 days, I've gotten no money and they keep lieing to me, saying it's been sent. I would highly advise staying away from them. More...

    We bought tickets for an event and used our credit card, they confirmed the sale, and said the tickets would be coming by Fedex, WITHOUT a signature. the lady put the tickets in our mailbox, because she had to have no signature, well they were stolen. we called three different companies trying to help us, including where the event took place, no one could help us even though we had proof they were our tickets.     Purchased and confirmed two tickets over three weeks ago for upper section (347) for 130.00 ea.(Card Swiped). Die Hard UT Vol fans took a gamble not knowing for sure what teams were playing. Made Travel and accomodations. Wife reminded me that we have not recieved tickets as of Dec.21. Contacted Stubhub and the seller was suppose to ship by the 20th. Glad I called!     So Stubhub finally cancelled the pending charge for the tickets which I had cancelled and I went on my merry way after a bad experience. Then I checked my bank account days later and found that THE CHARGE WAS BACK ON MY ACCOUNT! This was days after I cancelled the tickets and had the fist mess cleaned up! Totally illegal! I am wondering if I wasn't able to attend the event due to family emergency, would StubHub help with credit to another event? My mother had an emergency spine operation. I have used your services many times, and I hope you can help.

: Thank you for your patience, in situations like these, we would have offered to resell those tickets on site and waived the sell fee for you that we normally charge the sellers so you would've been able to make your money back, Since the event has already passed, we would not be able to issue a refund or coupon unfortunately.
_____: That's unfortunate to here. I thought there would be more that stub hub can do, since they already took my money. I thought there were going to be more reasonable. I definitely understand the policy. I also think that all you did was just make money off of my situation

TLDR: Basically there was no way for me to attend a concert because of my mom's surgery. Stub hub said they can't do anything beside take my money because they don't give a dam about family
